Thomas has been with SEI's Family Office Services Implementation team for over seven years. He is currently an Implementations Manager and leads the charge in converting new clients onto the system, training internal and external Archway users, and helping clients get their expected end reporting.
Thomas has always been interested in numbers and finance. He graduated from Purdue University with a degree in accounting, finance, and management. He enjoys discussing personal finance, golf, and sports analytics.
He has a one-year old daughter with his high school sweetheart and they volunteer and rescue dogs with Love of Labs (IN).
Rhett is the Portfolio Reconciliation Supervisor for the Family Office team in the operations unit. He is responsible for working with Operations Analysts to ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of accounts across multiple family office entities on the Archway Platform℠. Additionally, Rhett works with clients to design and deliver report batches, providing everything from a concise snapshot of the client’s assets to in-depth overviews of performance and ownership data.
Rhett holds a Bachelor of Arts in marketing from The University of Oklahoma. He enjoys watching OKC Thunder basketball, movie marathons, and spoiling his two cats.
Jacob is a Fund Account Supervisor for the Fund Administration team. He has been with SEI for five years and has worked with family offices, hedge funds, and private equity funds to provide fund administration and outsourced accounting solutions.
Jacob holds a Bachelor of Science in finance and economics from Ball State University.
Michael is the Director of the Client Relations team whose core focus is on Archway Platform℠ product support, client interaction, and training. Prior to joining the Client Relations team, Michael managed the SEI Family Office Services Implementation Consulting team, where he was responsible for configuring the Archway Platform specifically for family office clients. He has assisted a variety of family offices, ranging in both size and complexity, in successfully onboarding while developing internal resource proficiency. Prior to joining SEI, Michael spent time in fund accounting, branch banking, and mortgage retention.
Michael earned a Bachelor of Arts in both economics and Spanish at Hanover College. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys, as well as traveling.
Aimie Hanson is the Chief Revenue Officer of SEI Family Office Services, where she leads the sales and relationship management teams to drive business growth and deliver an excellent client experience. As a member of the leadership team, she plays a key role in developing and executing the strategic plan to support the evolving needs of family office clients.
Azaliia serves as a Client Service Analyst for SEI Family Office Services, where she specializes in identifying platform issues and delivering effective solutions to resolve client challenges. She has a background in billing, account management, and data analysis.
Azaliia holds a Bachelor's degree in economics and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in finance. During her free time, Azaliia stays active with fitness and Pilates, enjoys traveling and exploring new destinations, learning foreign languages, and cherishing quality time with her loved ones.
As a member of the SEI Family Office Services Client Relations team since 2017, Alex responds to client questions with solutions and guidance to help them understand and maximize their use of the Archway Platform℠. He regularly takes on client-specific projects and assists with implementation-related tasks as needed. Prior to joining SEI, Alex was a financial analyst in transportation and manufacturing industries.
Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in finance from the Lacy School of Business at Butler University. He enjoys golfing, hiking, boating, and is an avid Indiana sports fan who can be found rooting for the Colts, Pacers, and Butler Bulldogs.
Laura has been with SEI for over 16 years, and is currently a Director of Operations in Fund Accounting, where she oversees operations, implementations, and ongoing consulting opportunities for outsourced accounting and fund administration clients.
Prior to joining the Fund Accounting team, Laura worked with both the Implementation Consulting team and the Client Relations team, where she successfully onboarded and trained a variety of clients, maintaining long-term relationships. She also serves as a board member for SEI Cares. Prior to joining SEI, Laura gained experience in credit analysis and business banking at Wells Fargo, as well as treasury management at Republic Airways.
Laura received a Bachelor of Science in accounting from the Lacy School of Business at Butler University. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and being active outdoors with friends and family.
Yara is a Client Service Analyst within SEI's Family Office Services team and serves as a primary point of contact for SaaS client support, empowerment, and engagement. She cultivates insights and understanding of clients’ needs to identify and communicate solutions, and deliver sustained customer satisfaction. She collaborates with internal and external stakeholders about current and forthcoming software features and functionality, serving as a subject matter expert and providing client-informed guidance. She has been with SEI since December of 2023 and has previously worked in client relations at Bank of America.
Yara holds a Bachelors of Business Administration and enjoys yoga, playing volleyball and spending time with her dog.
Dennis is responsible for developing strategies to help SEI Family Office Services reach new markets, attract new leads, and acquire new clients. In this role, he leads speaking engagements at industry events and manages the sales cycle. With a core focus on family offices, accounting firms and other wealth management organizations that are selecting a technology solution, Dennis has worked with many of the Forbes 185 families and Forbes 400 individuals for over 17 years.
Prior to joining SEI, Dennis served as Managing Director of Sales and Marketing at Financial Navigator, Inc. where he was responsible for the company's growth and market penetration.
Mike has over ten years of experience with institutional consulting and financial technology companies. Most recently, Mike led the Global Commercial efforts for Dealogic’s Connect offering until it was acquired by ION Investment Group. Previously, he spent four years at Novus Partners running the Analytics desk and focusing on analytical consulting for institutional investors, family offices, and hedge funds. Mike started his career at Cambridge Associates, advising endowments, foundations, pensions, and family offices on asset allocation and manager selection.
Mike graduated Magna Cum Laude from Duke University with a B.A. in history and markets & management.
Karla is a Client Service Analyst within SEI’s Family Office Services team and serves as a primary point of contact for SaaS client support, empowerment, and engagement. She collaborates with internal and external stakeholders about current and forthcoming software features and functionality, serving as a subject matter expert and providing client-informed guidance. She has been with SEI for 10 years and started as a Regional Consultant for the Independent Advisor Solutions unit where she supported Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs), Banks, Money Managers, and the SEI Wealth Network by providing administrative services to high-net-worth clients.
Karla holds a Bachelor's degree from Temple University in Business Administration and Accounting. She enjoys going to her son's basketball games, spending time with family, and travelling to the Caribbean.
Ujjwal is a Client Service Analyst within SEI’s Family Office Services team and assists clients with system knowledge, navigation, and research. He provides support in troubleshooting, addresses client issues within the system, and collaborates with cross-functional teams like development and design.
Ujjwal holds a Bachelor of Science in management information systems with a minor in data analytics from Webster University of St. Louis. Ujjwal spends his leisure time reading books, watching movies, and listening to music.
Josh is an Implementation Specialist for SEI Family Office Services, where he helps clients transition to the Archway Platform℠. Not only does he assist with client data transitions, but also trains on all capacities of the system and provides a tailored and tactful experience for clients.
Josh has over five years of experience in client-facing roles and provides a top-notch customer experience. He is passionate about working with clients to enable them to both feel comfortable using the platform and get the most out of all it has to offer.
Josh graduated from the Daniels School of Business at Purdue University. During his free time, he enjoys running and coaching cross country, spending time with friends and family, and being outdoors.
Chris is a Director of Sales, serving as the first point of contact for prospective clients interested in learning more about the technology and service solutions offered by SEI Family Office Services. He is responsible for helping family offices and other private wealth management firms make informed decisions by educating buyers on the types of solutions offered at SEI, conducting initial product demonstrations of the Archway Platform℠, and responding to Requests for Information.
Chris began his career at SEI nearly ten years ago as a member of the Technology Implementation team where he implemented a number of family office clients onto the Archway Platform.
A member of their Business Scholars Program, Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Hanover College. He enjoys being outdoors, especially when it involves fishing or hunting.
Dan serves as a Client Service Manager for SEI Family Office Services, where he plays a pivotal role in supporting clients utilizing the Archway Platform℠. Prior to joining SEI’s Family Office Services team, Dan accumulated 10 years of experience in client service within the wealth management and middle office sectors. His extensive 18-year career in financial services underscores his dedication to assisting clients in achieving their objectives.
Dan earned a Bachelor's degree in finance from Saint Joseph's University in Philadelphia. Beyond his professional endeavors, Dan is an avid Philadelphia Phillies fan, enjoys running, and cherishes moments with his wife and two sons.
Eric is a Relationship Manager within SEI's Family Office Services team where he serves as a client advocate and partner.
Prior to joining the Relationship Management team, Eric led the Archway Platform℠ Training team with a primary focus on helping clients maximize their use of the platform for their investment and accounting operations. In this role, he managed product documentation, curated educational content for system users, provided customized training opportunities through user conferences and private consultations and oversaw the communication of platform enhancements. Previously, Eric managed the SEI Family Office Services Client Relations team, where he oversaw the transition of dozens of clients and assisted hundreds of users with operating the Archway Platform. Additionally, he was instrumental in launching the firm’s Personal Expense Management Service.
Eric received a Bachelor of Science in finance from the Lacy School of Business at Butler University.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time on the lake, watching Butler basketball, exploring new breweries, and spending time with his wife, son, and dogs, Huck and Finn.
Marvin is a Client Service Manager on the Client Relations team, where he manages the team responsible for supporting clients on the Archway Platform and Portal. During his ten years with the firm, he has served in both the Implementation team and now the Client Relations team.
Marvin earned a Bachelor of Science in informatics at the Indiana University School of Informatics, and recently went on to earn a Master of Science in technology management at the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
In his personal time, he enjoys travelling, pursuing personal business interests, and watching a good game of rugby.
Jacob is an Implementations Manager, responsible for overseeing client onboarding projects, including for financial intermediaries and individual family enterprises. Jacob leads a team of specialists who work with institutional clients on tasks like data gathering, platform setup, balance forwards, rebuilds, reporting requirements, portal requirements, historical data requirements, and transition to business as usual under the Operations Team. He also serves as a liaison with the Product Design team for client enhancement requests and assists with internal projects of varying natures.
Jacob earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics and classics with a minor in financial economics from Vanderbilt University.
He enjoys fishing, playing the banjo, and spoiling his cat.
Olivia serves as a Client Service Analyst for SEI Family Office Services, where she supports clients with system operations, research, and daily troubleshooting. Prior to joining SEI, Olivia gained experience in technical recruiting and collaborated with start-ups in cybersecurity, healthtech, retailtech, and HRtech sectors. She is eager to expand her expertise in wealthtech while delivering quality service to clients.
Olivia holds a Bachelor of Science in management with a minor in accounting from the Byrum School of Business at Marian University. Outside of work, she remains active in the Orr Fellowship as an alumna, volunteers with the Indiana-German Business Council, and enjoys spending time with her family.
Eric leads SEI Family Office Service’s implementation and professional services team, where he oversees client onboarding, Archway Platform configuration, and overall project management throughout the implementation cycle for family offices and financial institutions.
Having been with the organization since 2007, Eric has supported family office and financial institution clients in various roles that have focused on client service, implementations, information technology, and product development. Prior to SEI, Eric held positions in operations and IT management consulting and began his career as part of the business process and technology consulting group at Arthur Andersen.
Eric is a graduate of Indiana University.
