Client enhancement
Jacob is an Implementations Manager, responsible for overseeing client onboarding projects, including for financial intermediaries and individual family enterprises. Jacob leads a team of specialists who work with institutional clients on tasks like data gathering, platform setup, balance forwards, rebuilds, reporting requirements, portal requirements, historical data requirements, and transition to business as usual under the Operations Team. He also serves as a liaison with the Product Design team for client enhancement requests and assists with internal projects of varying natures.
Jacob earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics and classics with a minor in financial economics from Vanderbilt University. He enjoys fishing, playing the banjo, and spoiling his cat.
