Omni Nashville Hotel is located in downtown Nashville on Fifth Avenue between Demonbreun and Korean Veterans Boulevard and connected to the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum. Visit the website. 

Important: Hotel reservations will be booked through SEI’s discounted room block when you register for the conference. Please do not reach out to the hotel to reserve your room(s). Hotel and travel costs are not included in the Immersion registration fee and are the responsibility of the attendee. Attendees will be required to provide payment for their room reservation at check-in.

The cutoff date for hotel reservations at the discounted rate (subject to room availability) is Friday, October 4.

Check-In: 4:00 p.m. Check-Out: 11:00 a.m. Complimentary luggage storage is available at the hotel front desk.

Parking

Overnight valet parking: Unlimited in and out privileges for $60 plus tax, per day/per vehicle.

Overnight self-parking: Music City Center garage adjacent to the hotel for $35+ tax per day. Inform the front desk upon check-in for further instructions.

Daily valet parking: $32 (0-10 hours)
