Virtual New User Workshop
Join us the week before the 2024 Immersion User Conference for online training covering Archway Platform℠ basics.
The New User Workshop is a four-hour virtual training program focused on understanding the fundamentals of the Archway Platform.
Taking place on Tuesday, October 29, this two-part online workshop is a great opportunity to revisit Archway Platform basics and earn CPE credits for attending.
The New User Workshop is ideal for both new and experienced users looking for a refresher course prior to the in-person Immersion User Conference.
The New User Workshop can be attended right from your desk and will cover a variety of core topics, including:
- Setup: System structure, hierarchy, and configuration
- Data feeds: Integration setup, mapping, processing, reconciling, and troubleshooting
- Reporting: System classes, reporting tools, and common report examples
- Support: Client relations, self-service documentation, support portal, training, and release schedules
Note: You do not need to attend the in-person Immersion User Conference to access the virtual New User Workshop.
