Carl A. Guarino

Carl Guarino was CEO of WizeHive, Inc., a SaaS company that provides a platform for managing grants, scholarships, and employee giving solutions, from June 2017 until WizeHive was acquired in late 2024.

Carl has served on our Board of Directors since 2014. He is an independent director, chair of the Board’s Compensation Committee, chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee, and a member of the Audit Committee. Carl brings to the Board his familiarity with SEI combined with his extensive knowledge and experience in information technology innovation and outsourcing.

From 2006 to 2014, he was CEO of Procurian Inc., a provider of procurement outsourcing services to Fortune 1000 firms. Prior to 2006, Carl was Executive Vice President and head of SEI’s Investment Advisors segment.
