Manuel M. de Rosales

Manuel M. de Rosales joined SEI Luxembourg in 2023 as Conducting Officer responsible for compliance and risk. He has more than 20 years’ experience in financial services.  

Before joining SEI, Manuel worked as Head of Compliance at the Brookfield and Oaktree Luxembourg AIFM and supported all strategies in the EU including credit, private equity, real estate and infrastructure, and UCITS. Manuel has also previously worked for BNY Mellon Luxembourg as senior manager in the Depositary team, as well as for Brown Brothers’ and Harriman as Head of Internal Audit. Before moving to Luxembourg, he worked in Ireland for the Trustee and Depositary team of BNY Mellon and as Compliance Officer for AIG GIG. Manuel is a qualified lawyer and holds a LLM in Taxation.

Manuel holds a law degree from ICADE.
