Matt Lugar

Matt Lugar leads the strategy, development, go-to-market execution, and ongoing support of investment solutions for advisors across the United States and Canada.   

Matt joined SEI in 2023 from Infosys where, for two years, he continued working with an executive leadership team that had spun out of Vanguard. For the previous 16 years, Matt worked at Vanguard in leadership roles across strategy, product management, technology and operations.

Matt earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Delaware and an MBA degree from Villanova University, specializing in finance and strategic management.
