Marty Whalen leads the service and operations team for SEI’s independent advisor business.
Marty joined SEI in 2000. In addition to his current role, Marty has served in a number of roles at SEI supporting independent financial advisors, including Regional Service Manager, Managed Accounts Team Service Director, Director of Operations, and Director of Service.
Prior to SEI, Marty ran the operational and service components of a transfer agent and held other roles in the financial services industry.
Marty earned a bachelor’s degree in operations management from Drexel University and an MBA degree in management from DeSales University.
