Krista Deguffroy is Director of Inclusion and Compliance at SEI, responsible for ensuring equality, equity and belonging in the changing workforce of financial services. This work includes gender diversity, veterans in the workforce, individuals with ability differences and, most recently, neurodiversity through our Neurodiversity@Work program.
Krista has been part of the SEI family since 2014, first as a recruiting specialist, before moving into her current role, where she manages inclusion and compliance efforts. She is responsible for SEI's affirmative action plan and our commitment as an equal opportunity employer. Additionally, Krista currently serves on three SEI affinity group boards: Women's Network, Diversity and Salutes.
Krista brings to SEI experience in compliance reporting, diversity and inclusion and a passion for employment law. Krista earned a master's degree in employment and labor relations and a bachelor's degree in psychology both from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
