Erich Holland serves as Head of Distribution and Engagement for Independent Advisor Solutions by SEI. He is responsible for the distribution and go-to-market strategy, leading efforts focused on SEI’s continued growth and expansion in the independent advisor market. 

Previously serving as a Managing Director of the New Advisor Engagement Team within Independent Advisor Solutions, Erich focused on recruiting and forming strategic relationships with independent advisors. 

Erich also served in various roles, including Regional Director, in which he was responsible for new business development, advisor relationship management, practice management consulting, and business planning for financial and wealth advisors in the Midwest and Northeast. He joined SEI in 2010 as a Business Analyst on the SEI Wealth PlatformSM.

Erich received Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in finance, economics and accounting from Stetson University. He also earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Villanova University, specializing in finance and strategic management. Erich holds a FINRA Series 65 license.
