Charles leads the Institutional Client Strategy team, responsible for the ongoing delivery of SEI's Fiduciary Management proposition to EMEA and Asia institutional clients. He has an established track record of formulating and communicating successful investment strategies, with a deep practical understanding of ALM and LDI strategies.
Charles joined SEI in 2006 and has over 12 years’ experience advising clients on strategy within a fiduciary management context. He has been a frequent commentator in the press on pension and investment matters, and has also made a number of speaking appearances at industry events.
During his career, Charles has worked with financial institutions on both the asset and liability sides of the balance sheet; his technical specialism is in combining the two in actuarial modelling and strategic asset allocation. He began his career at Aon focused on liability-side actuarial consulting before moving into investment consulting within the same firm. Charles is a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries and a CFA Charterholder.
