Jay J. Cipriano

Jay Cipriano is Head of Enterprise Growth Initiatives and an Executive Vice President at SEI, responsible for building and implementing growth strategies across SEI’s enterprise capabilities for market expansion and customer acquisition.

Since joining SEI in 1998, Jay has worked in business management, solutions, operations, relationship management, and sales across our Private Banking, Investment Managers, and Institutional businesses. Prior to his current role, Jay was Head of SEI’s Institutional business, overseeing all investment products and services provided to our institutional clients. He also previously served as Senior Vice President and Head of SEI’s Alternatives business, serving our U.S.-based alternative investment manager clients within the Investment Managers business. Before joining SEI, he worked in the audit and consulting arms of Arthur Andersen LLP in Philadelphia, PA. 

Jay holds a master’s degree in the management of technology from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and School of Engineering, as well as a B.A. in accounting from Franklin and Marshall College.
