Karla is a Client Service Analyst within SEI’s Family Office Services team and serves as a primary point of contact for SaaS client support, empowerment, and engagement. She collaborates with internal and external stakeholders about current and forthcoming software features and functionality, serving as a subject matter expert and providing client-informed guidance.
She has been with SEI for 10 years, starting as a Regional Consultant for the Independent Advisor Solutions unit. where she supported registered investment advisors (RIAs), banks, money managers. She also worked within SEI Private Wealth Management, providing administrative services to high-net-worth clients.
Karla holds a Bachelor's degree from Temple University in Business Administration and Accounting. She enjoys going to her son's basketball games, spending time with family, and travelling to the Caribbean.
