Your advisor taps our global resources and expertise to help you pursue your goals and achieve financial freedom. That’s why we’ve designed a robust investor portal that allows you to better connect with your advisor and finances in a more meaningful way.
To get started, your advisor will send you an email inviting you to begin the online registration process.
Click on the "Let's Get Started" button within the email to begin. This will open your internet browser and prompt you to confirm your identity through two-factor authentication. Click on “get code” to receive a one-time pin via text message or phone call. Enter the pin once received and click “validate”.
You’ll now be prompted to create an account in just a few steps, starting with selecting a user name and password. You can hover over the informational icon to view user name and password requirements. Next, be sure to review and accept the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. To complete registration, click "create account"; you’ll then be asked to opt in for electronic delivery of documents to ensure convenient and secure access to documents.
Please note that any open accounts held at SEI Private Trust Company will automatically be available to view upon entering the portal.

The Investor Portal is designed to bring you closer to your advisor and your finances, offering a more insightful and convenient way to stay connected. Whether you’re at home or on the go, you can access all your financial information in one place, with ease.
Our mobile app is available for download on both the Apple App Store and Google Play. Simply search for 'SEI Connect - Investor,' install the app, and log in with your existing User ID and password. To make logging in even simpler, enable Face ID for instant access.
Once logged in you’ll see a full summary of your accounts. You can interact with the graph to track your account value and changes over time. Scroll down to view your asset allocation, or tap on any account to dive deeper into the details.
The Files tab offers the same functionalities as the website, plus the added convenience of mobile document scanning. To share documents with your advisor, just click ‘Upload File’ and select ‘Scan Document.’
The app will automatically capture the document, allowing you to scan multiple pages, edit the file name, and upload with ease.
Finally, the Menu lets you access your profile, advisor contact, and settings, allowing you to personalize your experience even further.
