Our award is based on data provided in response to the NOD Disability Employment Tracker™, a free and confidential assessment that benchmarks companies’ disability inclusion programs — including climate and culture, people practices, talent sourcing, workplace and technology, and strategy and metrics.
We are dedicated to growing and improving the work we do around the spectrum of ability. In 2018, we launched our Autism@Work program to provide full-time and internship opportunities to individuals on the autism spectrum. The program also includes “discovery weeks,” where prospective interns focus on employment-readiness, resume reviews, business shadows, case studies and a reverse career fair, where the employer approaches the job seeker.
Outside of our Autism@Work program, SEI focuses on different-ability awareness, etiquette, and opportunities to increase accessibility for all.
