Research indicates that neurological differences such as autism can be individual strengths when companies accommodate employees’ needs and help them tap into their abilities. We are proud to join organizations across the nation in the stride to support neurodiversity in the workplace.

“We’re just finding different ways to develop and employ our human capital. That’s the best strategy any organization can have.”

Our program is dedicated to familiarizing interns with our culture and “employment readiness tasks” prior to their internship through several on campus “discovery weeks.”
