Senior Vice President of Private Banking Al Chiaradonna sat down with Human Resource Executive’s Andrew Mcllvaine to talk about “responsive connectivity,” part of an initiative he spearheaded to create a nimble work environment and a workforce unencumbered by policies and procedures.

Chiaradonna explains how responsive connectivity was integral in his vision of a new business unit within SEI. “I saw an opportunity to build a vision from the ground up that would be employee-led,” he says.
