When we began a redesign of the end client experience for the SEI Wealth Platform SM  our goal was to push beyond best practices and provide an easy-to-use and engaging experience.

To best determine if we achieved that goal, we partnered with Drexel University and leveraged their cutting edge user testing methodologies to know how we did. They implemented a unique combination of self-reporting and behavioral and neurophysiological measures.
