Front and Centered was created to fill a void we noticed several years ago: the lack of blogs in financial services that focused on executives as people, with leadership lessons learned through the greatest teacher of all – life.
We wanted a place to create a dialogue around the intersection of life and leadership. A blog seemed like a good way to share experiences in a way that encouraged feedback. And we’ve found it’s helped us interact with our employees, partners and clients on a deeper level, similar to how they are engaging with their own customers.
Our main contributor is Al Chiaradonna, with the occasional guest contributor from both within and outside of the SEI community.
The Front and Centered team is made up of several employees throughout the company who have different roles within the company, each bringing a unique set of skills and expertise to the table. But we are always asking the same question after every meeting, presentation or book club discussion: “Could this be a blog post?”
