Lucy Paglione

Lucy Paglione is responsible for providing investment solutions and governance support for institutional relationships in the Canadian marketplace. 

She partners with clients to design custom investment strategy aligning with their objectives and goals. Lucy also performs ongoing asset allocation reviews of her clients’ portfolios and provides advice on all aspects of the investment program.

Lucy previously worked at Buck Consultants where she provided guidance and support to pension plan sponsors regarding governance structures, asset allocation strategies and investment manager selection and performance. Lucy spent most of her career as the Senior Vice President of Pension and Benefits at George Weston Limited/Loblaw Companies Limited where she was responsible for the investment strategy and governance structure of the DB and DC plans, the valuations and funding strategies of the DB plans, and the group benefit plans for both Canada and the U.S.

Lucy sits as a member of the Board of Trustees for the Pension Plan of the Canadian Mental Health Association, and is the Chair of the Board for the Shepherd’s Trust the pension plan for the clergy of the Archdiocese of Toronto.
