Joseph Mukurazita, CFA, CFP

Joseph Mukurazita is Managing Director, Alternative Investments. He is responsible for the sales team and strategy serving investors who partner with SEI as an alternative investment manager. 

With extensive alternative product knowledge and strong relationships within our Investment Management Unit (IMU), he works to create custom portfolios for clients and prospects, partnering with our Institutional marketing team to create investment content.

Prior to this role, Joseph worked as a Managing Director for SEI’s Institutional Group, responsible for growth and oversight of our OCIO business. Previously, he headed the Investment Strategy and Planning team in SEI’s Private Wealth Management unit, and was responsible for designing investment and wealth transfer strategies for all private clients and foundations. He also managed the advice creation and delivery of SEI’s private wealth management solutions though a franchise distribution of independent advisors. Before joining the Private Wealth Management unit, he was as an analyst in the alternative investments team within our IMU, responsible for research and sub-adviser due diligence for our private equity offering.
