Jason Collins is the Head of Sub-Advisory Equity and the Head of the UK Investment Management Unit. Based in London, he has held various leadership roles within the Investment Management Unit since joining SEI in August 2009. In his current role, Jason oversees Manager Research and Portfolio Management activities for all sub-advised equity portfolios, leading a team of investment professionals based in North America and the UK.  

Prior to his employment with SEI, Jason was a founding partner of Maia Capital Partners—a specialist multi-manager investment firm providing multi-asset unit trusts to U.K. retail investors. Jason participated in all aspects of portfolio management for the firm, including manager research and fund selection across all asset classes, as well as asset allocation, portfolio construction and implementation. Before founding Maia Capital, he was a portfolio manager at Fidelity International; there he was responsible for a range of multi-manager funds and played a key role in the development of the investment process. Prior to joining Fidelity, he spent over nine years at Skandia as head of Investment Research; in this role, he was responsible for the manager research, selection and monitoring process, and was a key member of the Group Investment Committee.

He earned his Bachelor of Arts in financial services, with honors, from Bournemouth University and is a member of the CFA society.
