Art meets workspace

At any given time, more than 1,500 pieces of art are displayed throughout our campuses.

They’re part of The West Collection, possibly the world’s largest and most ambitious private collection of contemporary art by emerging artists.

They hang on the walls and ceilings, and occupy spaces next to our desks. We find the pieces challenging, dynamic, and sometimes controversial. Their presence dares us to think in new ways, and emboldens us to share our own new ideas.

An integral part of our unique workspace, these installations push the boundaries of what art is – just as we push the boundaries in our business. It’s a perfect fit.

Our partnerships help bring art to the community

Photo: the SEI Innovation Center at the Kimmel CenterWe support the arts in Philadelphia through our partnerships with arts organizations like the Kimmel Center, PAFA, Philadelphia Museum of Art, and the Painted Bride Arts Center.

Our sponsorship at the Kimmel Center includes a dedicated space, the SEI Innovation Studio, a unique performance and fine arts space focused on emerging art. The Studio hosts a variety of events, framed by a rotating collection of pieces from the West Collection, as well as artist residency programs for theater and jazz.

As a member of The Arts & Business Council of Greater Philadelphia, we’re proud to sponsor an executive development program, “Designing Leadership.” The program focuses on collaboration, strategic sustainability, and human capital.
