"I like our lack of frills - the physical space sends an empowering message." - Al West
Our campuses are designed to promote innovation, creativity and collaboration. Everywhere you go, you'll find spaces to meet, engage and learn.
Our wide-open work spaces remove traditional barriers to communication and foster idea sharing all across the organization. There aren't any walls or offices here, and everyone has identical desks (on wheels, to let us move in and out of project teams easily) from the CEO to our summer interns.
Designed with our values and business goals in mind, our headquarters campus is built with recycled materials, a ton of natural light and intentional flexibility.
Art meets workplace
We share our space with one of the largest collections of emerging art in the world, and we love it. The art is always thought provoking, and can be controversial. How we react to the pieces — sometimes strongly — has a big impact on how West Collection pieces are showcased in our offices. Why we live and breathe art
Places to innovate
We've invested in dedicated spaces where we can generate and develop inspired, creative ideas. The IdeaFarm in our Oaks, PA headquarters and the Innovation Center in our London office are set apart from our day-to-day workspaces. These areas give teams a place to step out of their routines, immerse themselves in the creative process and explore new ideas freely.Case study: A Space for Creativity
